A landmark acquisition marking the revival of one of the region’s most high potential tourism sites.
Once home to a stalled $50 million resort development, the 74–84 Gan Gan Road, Anna Bay site stood abandoned for more than a decade. Recently acquired by S and C Group, the 4.14 hectare parcel now has renewed momentum and a clear vision for transformation. According to reporting, S and C Group has committed to reviving the land into a beautiful, contemporary holiday destination for couples and families, elevating the experience far beyond the “basic holiday units” common in the area.
The Group has already begun structural assessments and cleanup works, working closely with the community and council. The redevelopment aims to restore the long neglected beachfront gateway, replacing vandalised, partially completed structures with a vibrant resort precinct. S and C Group has expressed a strong commitment to collaboration with Council and locals, with early stages already underway. [portstephe...rea.com.au]
This project embodies everything S and C Group stands for: reviving potential, restoring beauty, and reimagining what’s possible.
With the recent acquisition of the neighbouring property 78-84 Gan Gan Road Anna Bay this will enable the group to establish environmental and sand mitigation projects to protect the precious Birubi Beach and work along side the local Aboriginal Worimi conservation initiatives.
